Under The Canopy
About Under The Canopy
Price Range: $58–$68
Whether it’s snuggling up in their organic blankets or in one of their organic cotton women’s robes, Under The Canopy is all about over-the-top coziness.
We haven’t tried their robes, but if they’re anything like their Organic Percale Sheet Sets currently gracing our bed, you’ll never want to take it off.
They offer two essential styles—either organic cotton long robes or short robes—in four soft and soothing colorways.
Under The Canopy’s Ethical & Sustainability Practices
Materials:
These 100% organic cotton bath robes feature GOTS-certiied organic cotton colored with OEKO-TEX-certified sustainable dyes.
Supply chain & labor practices:
The robes are made in Turkey, which is also where the organic cotton is grown and knit into fabric.
Using such a vertically integrated manufacturing structure keeps everything traceable, while also minimizing emissions.
Carbon commitments & green practices:
Their farmers practice sustainable production techniques to ensure land is usable and prosperous for years to come.
My Personal Review of Under The Canopy’s Organic Percale Sheets:
“Under The Canopy’s sheets are a clean and classic white that brighten up my bedroom. To be honest, they did come out of the box feeling a little scratchier than I expected, but they did soften up over time after sleeping in them and washing them.”

MagicLinen
About MagicLinen
Price Range: $98–$149
Combining their love of pure linen with a commitment to doing right by our planet, MagicLinen is an ethical clothing and homewares brand specializing in—you guessed it—linen.
Because linen is such a light and quick-drying fabric, this makes them some of the best lightweight, fast-drying sustainable robes to wrap up in.
MagicLinen’s Ethical & Sustainability Practices
Materials:
Truly organic linen robes are tricky to come by (as less than 1% of the world’s linen is organically grown), but MagicLinen meets the bar with ease.
Not only is their 100% European flax linen GOTS-certified, but also OEKO-TEX-certified to be free of harmful chemicals.
Because linen is the only material in use, these are vegan robes, too.
Supply chain & labor practices:
We all love staying at home in our robes, so it’s only natural that MagicLinen’s entire supply chain is close to their home in Vilnius, Lithuania, from farms to ethical factories.
Carbon commitments & green practices:
The spa-quality organic women’s robes and men’s robes don’t come with a massage or room service, but they do come with relaxing reassurance that MagicLinen’s small supply chain and global fulfillment warehouses keep emissions minimal.
They also re-purpose fabric scraps into things like tags, garment bags, and accessories.
Their packaging consists of compostable PBAT (bio-based polymer) and cornstarch bags.
Inclusivity:
The organic linen robes come in one size, though you can select organic short or long robe varieties.
My Personal Review of MagicLinen’s Women’s Waffle Robe:
“I don’t know about you, but I love waffles with cinnamon in the morning, so what better robe for me to try than the Waffle Robe in the gorgeously rich cinnamon color? With an extra-long design, a drapey hood that’s definitely giving Jedi vibes, and textured fabric that’s oh-so-pleasant to the touch, you can catch me living in this warm and comfortable robe all winter long.”
