4 out of 5 starsThe planter is made nicely for recycled wood, paint job good and instructions were easy to follow! The only issue I had was with the lack of communication, I didn’t feel like I knew what was happening with items that I ordered. I do realize that there are extra busy times of year & dealing with messages would be an easy thing to skip, but it’s super important to keep communication lines open so the customer feels taken care of. However, this wouldn’t prevent me from ordering from this site in the future.

4 out of 5 starsThe packaging was great, everything was kept safe and it was shipped relatively on time or as expected. I love the size, idea and everything about it, my only wee complaint is two of the clips were missing when it arrived, so we had to super glue the glass on to get it to stay. However, very thankful for the glass and pieces that were shipped after the fact. Excellent customer service!
