Care instructions
Each order comes packed in a jewelry box or pouch. We recommend storing your jewelry when you are not wearing it and taking it off before coming in contact with water. Most of our jewelry is made with a thick layer of 18K gold plating. Please see item descriptions for details on materials.
My order has not been received by the expected delivery date. What should I do?
We suggest contacting your local post office and provide your tracking number to get an update. If you believe your package has been lost in the mail, you can start a missing mail search on their website www.usps.com.
Shipped to the incorrect address
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate mailing address at the time you place your order. We can only update the mailing address if the order has not yet been shipped.
If a package is returned to us, we will send you a message. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.
Do you offer clip-on earrings?
We do not have any clip-on earrings available at this time.
How long will it take to ship my order?
Our jewelry is made to order and will take 3-5 business days to process your order. If you are in a rush to receive your order, please choose an upgraded shipping option at checkout.
