Welcome back to another episode of GLOBAL CHANGEMAKERS.
Today we’re learning all about Permaculture with Fabian Van Hase, the founder of Eco Living Namibia.
We visited Fabian in his off-grid home just outside of Windhoek Nambia where we got to see Permaculture in action (e.g. Fabian’s Desert garden, solar panels, french drains, solar cooker and parabolic stove etc!) … quite the neat set up!
We also sat down to learn about permaculture and how these design principles can help with a whole raft of human problems.
A real inspiration for those wanting to make sustainable or in Fabian’s words “thriveable” changes to their lifestyle!
The Sustainable Jungle Podcast interview with Fabian: We chatted with Fabian about some pretty important concepts, like:
- reducing dependance on money and instead using it as a form of energy
- permaculture’s no waste and circular design principals
- how we can all use start using permaculture concepts to take eco responsibility
