Choose a floss that works for you - preferably biodegradable, thread in a way that works for you (we have 4 suggested ways - full video instructions at www.friendlyfloss.com) and use less floss (just 20-40cm) than flossing with your fingers. Then it’s easy to access all teeth (unlike using fingers), you can change the tension of the floss (tight through contact points, loose to hug your teeth into gums – which you cannot do with a floss pick or other floss holders), and with some threading methods you can rotate the floss during use (helpful as biodegradable floss can fray). Beautifully crafted food grade stainless steel with no moving parts, it is easy to clean (in a dishwasher or sink) and use again and again. friendly floss also comes in sustainable packaging made from a single piece of recyclable kraft card to help reduce our impact.
