I'm very impressed. Seller was really helpful, even taking the time to customise the order just before she was going on holiday.. That's great customer service. A 5 star seller with a 5 star product. highly recommended. I shall me buying more from this sellers range of products, since I now know just how good they are. I highly recommend you do the same.

5 out of 5 starsPerfect addition to my bathroom! It works well - a bit like a wash cloth that you can bundle up to be a loofah. I like that you can untie it from the bundle and spread it out for faster drying or to give it a quick wash. Would recommend for anyone trying to be a bit greener :)

I started my eco friendly journey after realising how badly plastics are effecting our world. Then on I decided to try everything I could to help myself and others to stop using disposable plastics and instead opt for reusable everyday products.

Custom and personalised orders
I accept custom orders, please message me with your requests so we can have a chat about your requirements. This includes choice of fabrics.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All my packaging is plastic free. my boxes are secured with brown paper parcel tape.
I will recycle cardboard where I can to enforce my brown paper envelopes. No plastic containers or bags will be used for my packaging unless they are reused.
All the stickers I use are made with a compostable backing sheet and my product packaging is made from recycled card.
Care instructions
All of my products come with care instructions on the packaging band.
What if i am not home when my item is attempted delivery?
If you are not home when your order is attempted to be delivered a calling note should be left for you to arrange collection. Packages are held for 2 weeks usually.
Returned orders:
non collected orders or orders which have been unable to be delivered will be returned to me usually within 2 weeks. Once the item has returned i will offer the customer to resend at their cost or refund minus original postage cost. Items being re-posted will have the additional postage cost to pay before hand.
If your order is being returned from over seas where an import tax may be in place, you must mark the item as a return. Any import taxes incurred on its return journey will result in the costs being deducted from the original value of the refund.
