Do you accept returns?
We accept returns at Cypress Creek. THERE IS A 10% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL ELIGIBLE RETURNS. There is a 27% RESTOCKING FEE if you clicked on the listing from a Google Ad and then checked out. Etsy does not refund us this mandatory fee they charge sellers.
For Eligible Returns:
*You must contact us within 3 days of tracked delivery for address.
*The return tracking number must be dated within 7 days of delivery to you. This means 7 days from tracked delivery, not from when you went and picked it up from the post office.
*Some Rings will arrive with a DO NOT REMOVE lock tag. These are not refundable if the DO NOT REMOVE tag is removed.
Rings may not be returned/refunded if resized or altered
Custom orders may not be returned/refunded
Do you offer Layaway Payment Plans?
Yes. We have recently changed our layaway terms. There is no deposit required. We divide your item into equal monthly payments. To comply with FTC laws, we require that customers sign a layaway-terms agreement for our shop.

Do you Resize Rings?
